Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has invited bids for the construction of a new academic building in Delhi
The scope of work comprises development of this building at Sector-22 in Dwarka, University of Delhi. It comprises complete RCC structural work, internal plaster & plumbing/sanitary works, installation of lift, DG sets, transformer, DBs, CCTV system, pumps, AHU, pressurization fan, EPABX, LAN switchers, WiFI, fire alarm equipment, STP equipment and cables
The work also involves the completion of all civil, horticulture works and services in all respects and completion, testing & commissioning of all MEP services, local body/statutory approvals and others
The contract, estimated to cost Rs 97.61 crore, is scheduled to be completed within 27 months
The due date to submit the bid is 18 March, 2024
